Magic Hat Brand Management was founded by Daniel Avener, a global strategist and leader in brand management and licensing with over 20 years of experience. Daniel has spearheaded projects that have generated billions in revenue for some of the world’s most iconic brands, including FIFA, Revlon, and the Amy Winehouse Foundation.

His career has been defined by building and expanding global divisions from scratch, giving him a deep understanding of how to innovate while protecting brand legacies. From securing multi-million-dollar deals to overseeing high-profile licensing programs, Daniel has consistently positioned brands for long-term success in competitive markets, particularly across Asia and other key territories.
